We strive to accurately display product images, videos, CAD renders, stone specifications, and metal colors. Due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, handcrafted manufacturing processes, and natural stone characteristics, slight variations may occur between displayed images and the final product.

Most BN JewelsNYC jewelry is made to order. Production begins after order confirmation and payment verification. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse orders, or cancel orders if incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.

For custom jewelry orders, CAD designs, stone selections, and design approvals provided by the customer constitute final approval for manufacturing. BN JewelsNYC is not responsible for design preferences or changes requested after customer approval has been provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate ring sizes. BN JewelsNYC shall not be responsible for resizing costs or issues resulting from incorrect sizing information supplied by the customer.

Lab-grown diamonds sold by BN JewelsNYC are real diamonds possessing the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. Product descriptions will clearly indicate whether a diamond is lab-grown or natural.

Diamond certifications are provided only where specifically stated in the product listing. Center diamonds include IGI or equivalent certification. Smaller accent diamonds are generally not individually certified.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies.

Orders may only be canceled within 5 hours of placement. After this period, production planning may have commenced and cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Production times are estimates only. Delivery timelines provided by BN JewelsNYC are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, courier delays, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, worn, altered, or damaged items may not be eligible for return or refund.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BN Jewels conducts its business operations.

Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. BN JewelsNYC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. Cancellation requests must be made before production begins.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. BN JewelsNYC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

Our website may include third-party payment, shipping, analytics or application services. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

All website content, images, designs, branding, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to BN JewelsNYC and may not be copied, reused or reproduced without permission.

BN JewelsNYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, services or inability to use them.
