All jewelry pieces offered by BN JewelsNYC are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Most orders require approximately 7–9 business days for production before shipment. For exact production timelines, please refer to the individual product page or contact our team prior to placing your order.

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer. BN JewelsNYC does not collect or control these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Customers may also upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional USD 100. Express Shipping does not reduce the production time of your jewelry; it only shortens the transit time. Express delivery typically arrives within 6–8 business days after dispatch, while standard shipping generally takes 10–15 business days depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Every shipment is fully insured for its full purchase value during transit until it reaches its destination. A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

While we work closely with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, BN JewelsNYC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. For security reasons, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

While the majority of Express Shipping orders are delivered within 6–8 business days after dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. BN JewelsNYC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events during transit.

Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local courier network. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures, peak shipping seasons, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. As these factors are outside of our control, BN JewelsNYC cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
